Summary0000560: Both display and sound are broken in some of live channels
DescriptionIt has been always encountered that both display and sound are broken in some of live channels, which are 43(CNTV), 44(EDGE TV), 86(TV Chosun2), and 89(life time).
Please check the attached log and screen shot.

1. Test Version : v15.502.6 (actually this issue has been observed regardless of the version)
2. Reproducibility : always
3. Issue
    -. both display and sound are broken at all times
    -. Sometimes the display is halted or blacked out

   I saw the below error in log and this error would cause LivePlayer to restart.
Could you kindly help to check these channels are using aac encoding ?

 Hi Jacky,

Other channels using AAC is working well.
The difference thing is that AAC decoding failure is occurred only one time when entering the channel in case of on the normal channels using AAC but AAC decoding failure continues to be occurred in case of the defective channels.

BTW, I'm courious if you have a bug tracking tool such as mantis/JIRA to discuss with AML about these kinds of issues.

Current information:
1. AML connect the DUT behind an AP and the issue is gone.
2. The issue only happen on this DUT.

Simply checked the MTU and the throughput but both ok.
I got the the dumped clip from Amlogic, (43 good, 43 bad, and one from other good channel)
And a iptv-debug-app (written by TVS).
Which we can use VLC or ffmpeg to stream out to test playback in a local LAN.
I'll take this DUT back to TW for both HW/SW debug.
And leave my board to Eric.

這是我之前用ffmpeg抓的ts，也有對應用wireshark抓的封包
可以用 ffmpeg或vlc打到multicast，再用app-debug.apk搭配Playlist.txt做播放
之前我直接用vlc打的時候，所有的版子都會有問題
可能要參考 wireshark的cap檔調整細項參數
有空幫忙看看怎樣能在local network複製出這個問題

Hi Yoon,
I have discussed with Kerwin about this board. We both think that this defect symtom is only the one case we found so far and didn't found in other boards in our site.
So, I think the failed symptom is related to Eth. PHY and may related to HW.
Please close this issue.

Hi Mr.Yoon,
We will try to swap the ethernet PHY of this failed board with another good board and let you know our finding soon.
Actually, we found another DVT board with high CRC error in our side. We have tried to swap its eth PHY with another good board. And then we found that the good board still has no CRC error, and the original one becomes a very low CRC error. According to the result, it seems that the problem is caused by poor soldering.
